Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. along with Nissan Motorsports and Customizing Co., Ltd. surprised all Nissan fans by introducing the all-new 2023 Nissan Z GT4 performance edition at the 2022 SEMA show in Las Vegas, Nevada. The special edition was inspired by the long history of the Nissan Z family. In addition, Nissan also revealed additional information about Nissan’s GT4 Global program and features. The automaker packs the 2023 Nissan Z GT4 with the highest performance parts available on the market.

Nissan’s GT4-spec models are known for their modifications for use in top-level racing against the fastest brands in the world. NISMO of NMC modified the street version of the new Nissan Z by tuning the engine to optimize the chassis suspension which helps improve the development of its aerodynamics. This makes the cabin accessible to all types of drivers whether amateur or professional. The new 2023 Nissan Z had its grand debut in late September this year in which you can see the traditional touch of its NISMO features.

The Nissan Z GT4  was designed exclusively for SEMA and  presents a rather rugged design in which the number 23 can be seen on the hood of the GT4. The rear quarter panel of the GT4 features the Z logo that is wrapped in the iconic Nissan and NISMO red and black color scheme. The original 240 Z and Fairlady Z badges set the template for the Nissan Z. Nissan and NISMO plan to deliver vehicles to driver teams in the U.S. and Japan for the SRO Pirelli GTA America series, the Super Taikyu series, and for the 2023 season that will see the unveiling of the new Nissan Z GT4. In addition, NISMO will offer customers technical assistance if needed. Nissan plans to accept orders for the Nissan Z GT4 by next year and begin the delivery of the GT4 in 2024.

“The SEMA Show is an ideal venue to introduce our Z GT4 to racers, enthusiasts, and the entire industry. We are preparing for the 2023 racing season by testing here locally last weekend, and we look forward to continuing to talk with teams and continuing to establish the Z as a force to be reckoned with on tracks around the world,” announced Carcamo, global sports car program director for Nissan Motor Co.

NMC’s NISMO division conducted testing of the new Nissan Z GT4 in Japan and the U.S. while the vehicle was in development. The extensive testing aims to meet the needs of professional drivers and to ensure that the brand’s fans can get a great experience driving the new Nissan Z GT4 and enjoy the great dynamic performance.
