The service personnel were cordial and took as much time as needed to meet the customers needs.
Took our Pathfinder In for a key, the aftermarket key wouldn't work anymore so we had to get two new keys as the suv locked us out. Frustrated and angry at first, But they pulled through for us. Gave me a ride to pickup my wife and kids and drop us off at home and delivered our SUV to us in the morning.
I had messed up my passengers quarter panel and a service tech fixed it. They also answered a question I had about my windshield service and wait time were excellent.
My sun roof was clogged, resulting in lots of water damaging my interior. It was fixed and the inside was detailed. I am very pleased with the quality of service.
