I purchased a brand new Nissan Rogue from them and after I got home realized the infotainment screen was scratched. They replaced it, and after that it never worked correctly. I had to bring my car in numerous times and jump through hoops to get any resolution, which was just them selling me another car. After I purchased the second car, it had the same issue. Apparently, Nissan has glitches with their infotainment centers that are unfixable at this time. I’ve got a brand new car with a purchased extended warranty that is broken, that they will not fix. They are also making me jump through hoops again with Nissan, unwilling to help me resolve this problem In an easy way. I will never purchase a car from them again. Absolute horrible customer service, that only results in more money for them. I should not be paying for a brand new car, with an extended warranty, that they refuse to fix or make right. Do yourself a favor and do your business elsewhere! And beware buying a Nissan at all because apparently this is an issue and all of their vehicles.
