Nissan and Forsberg Racing Team up for the NORRA 500 Baja Race

Nissan has teamed up with Forsberg Racing and multi-time Formula Drift champion Chris Forsberg. Nssan will be displaying Forsberg Racing’s thrilling products with the Forsberg Frontier Off-Road Race Truck concept. The truck was specifically designed for the NORRA 500 race in Baja California. Nissan and the Forsberg team worked together to add all the NISMO off-road performance parts that could handle the grueling desert race. NISMO has offered the best in top performance parts for a very long time and continues to lead the market.
The Forsberg Off-Road Frontier is outfitted with the NISMO Off-Road lift kit and high-performance suspension kit, NISMO Axis Truck Beadlock 17-inch wheels with Yokohama GEOLANDAR M/T G003 tires, NISMO Off-Road lighting upgrades, NISMO Off-Road rock sliders, and NISMO Forsberg Racing designed graphics package. The truck is an enthusiast dream vehicle, capable of taking on any trail or desert challenge. All these features are packed into the 2023 Frontier PRO-4X to prepare for the race over the course of two days. Nissan and Forsberg Racing have collaborated before on unique creations including a Nissan Z drift car, 2,000 horsepower Altimaniac, and a V-8-powered Frontier concept.

The 2023 NORRA 500 started in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico heading to San Felipe on the Sea of Cortez then returned to finish on the beach in Ensenada. Nissan and Forsberg continue the history of the brands off-road racing which included the original Nissan Hardbody truck winning the Gold Coast 300, Mint 400, and Baja 1000 races in the 1980s. Nissan will reveal many thrilling concept vehicles at the 2023 SEMA show, including the Forsberg 2023 Frontier PRO-4X Build as-raced condition. The 2023 SEMA show will be held in Las Vegas, October 31- November 3. Chris Forsberg will be there in person and will hand out autographs, partake in interviews at Nissan’s Thrill Street exhibit in the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall, booth #52141.
