The 2023 Nissan Z is Awarded “Best Sport Coupe” By MotorWeek

The new 2023 Nissan Z has won the “Best Sport Coupe” category at the MotorWeek Drivers Choice Awards 2023. The MotorWeek Drivers Choice Awards have taken place every year for the past 42 years, the purpose of the awards is to evaluate each vehicle from the customer’s perspective, after the evaluation those vehicles that match the interests of automotive experts and customers alike will be selected as the winners. MotorWeek had a boom in 1981, becoming the first weekly series to present car and truck reviews to the viewer, as well as car care tips and the latest automotive news. This major awards show is produced by Maryland Public Television and will continue to serve all interested car fans.

The 2023 Nissan Z builds on more than 50 years of the company’s heritage and raises the bar for Nissan’s iconic affordable sports car. The new 2023 Nissan Z offers a design that seamlessly blends tradition with modern technology, the exterior features an identical proportion to classic sports cars. The 2023 Z comes equipped with a driver-centric cockpit with state-of-the-art technology, Nissan also equips the 2023 Z with a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine under the hood generating 400-horsepower. The coupe comes with two options when it comes to transmissions, either a six-speed manual transmission or a nine-speed automatic transmission are the options. The six -speed manual transmission is equipped with a high-performance EXEDY clutch, its shift lever offers a smooth shift in between gears achieving improved performance.
Nissan’s engineering team has made several adjustments to the new 2023 Nissan Z including the chassis, cooling system, suspension, and steering. These adjustments help the driver handle the speed of the 2023 Z. At the production stage of the 2023 Nissan Z the engineering team focused on high-speed performance. Nissan includes a few features from some past iconic vehicles, the coupe also includes electronic power steering equipped with rack and pinion wider to increase the maximum G in the curves by 13%.
